The Coaching Edge | 3-Day Leadership Coaching Programme

Build the capability to coach individuals, develop teams, and lead through change. This experiential programme gives you space to practice the conversations and decisions that shape team performance.

  • Mentor without taking away ownership.
  • Build trust, accountability, and stronger teams.
  • Navigate resistance, change, and conflict.
  • Know when to lead, coach, mentor, teach, or step back.

 

Facilitated by Janani Liyanage (ICF PCC, Certified Team Coach, Certified Mentor Coaching, Organizational Relationships Systems Coach). The programme leads to ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC).
