Course Overview
This workshop provides a comprehensive understanding of the Management 3.0 approach to leadership, focusing on how to create a culture of innovation and engagement within teams and teams of teams in modern day generative organizations. The training is conducted by the only m30 facilitator in Sri Lanka, Mr. Rumesh Wijetunge. These practices were introduced by Jurgen Appelo.
