Job Role: Intern Scrum Master

Job Type: Internship (Part-time/Full-time)

About the Role:

As an Intern Scrum Master, you will be involved in supporting our Agile transformation initiatives and working closely with Scrum teams to help them adopt and implement Scrum practices effectively. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in the Scrum framework, Agile practices, and the opportunity to learn from experienced Scrum Masters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
• Help Scrum teams to identify and remove obstacles, ensuring smooth sprint progress.
• Support the Scrum Master in guiding teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Assist in tracking sprint progress and managing Jira boards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A passion for Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and grow in an Agile environment.
• Background in IT, Business, or related field is a plus, but not required.
