🎯 The Opportunity
This role exists because marketing is now a core growth engine for us.
We are looking for someone who can:

Study our current brand, offerings, and positioning

Understand what is working and what is not
-
Design a clear, practical marketing & communications strategy
-
Personally execute that strategy initially
-
Build the foundation to scale marketing into a function over time
This is not a “strategy-only” role.
👉 For at least the first year, the Head of Marketing & Communications is expected to both design and personally execute marketing initiatives, until the function is mature enough to scale with additional team members.
🧠 Your Role & Ownership
You will own end-to-end marketing and communications, including:

Brand positioning and messaging

Marketing strategy (digital + non-digital)
-
Campaign planning and execution
-
Content direction and creation
-
Paid and organic marketing
-
Measurement, learning, and improvement
-
External communications and reputation
You will work closely with the founders, trainers, consultants, and partners.
🔥 Hands-on Execution (Initial Phase – First 12 Months)
In the first phase, you will personally execute much of the marketing work to deeply understand our brand, audience, and channels.
This includes (but is not limited to):
📣 Content & Social Media

Create and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
-
Write engaging copy aligned with our brand voice
-
Create basic graphics and short-form videos (quality over perfection)

Ensure consistency, relevance, and engagement across platforms
-
Actively engage with audiences, respond to messages, and build community
📈 Campaigns & Paid Marketing

Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as:

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
-
LinkedIn
-
Google Ads
-
Other relevant platforms
-

Manage and allocate marketing budgets
-
Experiment, learn, and improve ROI using data
🌐 Website & Digital Presence
-
Review and improve website content, messaging, and structure
-
Support landing pages, blogs, and campaign-related updates
-
Ensure alignment between website, social channels, and campaigns
📊 Analytics & Learning

Track performance using analytics and platform insights
-
Evaluate what works, what doesn’t, and why
-
Use insights to continuously refine strategy and execution
🤝 Relationships, Community & Events

Support marketing for training programs, consulting services, and coaching offerings
-
Promote events, workshops, and community initiatives
-
Strengthen relationships with professional bodies, partners, and customers
-
Support communications related to conferences and collaborations
💼 What You Bring

Solid experience in marketing, brand, and communications (5+ years preferred)
-
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
-
Hands-on experience with digital marketing and content creation
-
Comfort with ambiguity, experimentation, and learning
-
Strong communication skills in English

A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
