About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team at Business Agility Tune Up (Pvt) Ltd. In this role, you will handle a range of accounting tasks to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain our accounting systems. You’ll work closely with the finance team to manage and oversee company finances, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing insights for strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Maintain and improve accounting processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (experience with QuickBooks or Xero is a plus).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
